How to find your Building Star Rating
Currently only owners of apartments in Dubai can view the Building Star Rating for the building within which their apartment(s) is located. The Dubai Rest App should contain the Title Deeds and Building Star Rating for those properties owned. The following is a guide of how to discover the Building Star Ratings.
Download the Dubai Rest App to your smart Mobile Phone.
Create an account or login to your existing account.
The role for most owners will be Individual.
When you open your account you should be able to see a list of Title Deeds for the property you own in Dubai.
When selecting an individual property you should see an image similar to that shown below.
You should see the Building Star Rating and you should be able to download a Certificate and a Building Classification score as shown in the example below.
