W Residences at Dubai Harbour. A three-tower development by Arada

In one of Dubai’s most sought-after neighborhoods, Arada has unveiled W Residences at Dubai Harbour, a brand-new, three-tower luxury waterfront complex with a host of amenities. More than 400 branded apartments in the Dh5 billion complex, which was introduced in partnership with Marriott International, are currently for sale.

The LEED Silver-certified W Residences at Dubai Harbour, which is scheduled for completion in 2027, will provide opulent marina living with views of the Dubai skyline. Inspired by its surroundings, the 40-story complex’s design connects the promenade, harbor, and sky to reflect the urban landscape and seafront. At the intersection of the sky and water, diagonal lines appear to merge the complex’s three towers.

One-bedroom apartments and opulent five-bedroom homes, including rooftop penthouses with pools, are available to buyers. The residences also include a variety of duplex apartments with three or four bedrooms, which are situated in the middle of each tower. Every residence at W Residences at Dubai Harbour has floor-to-ceiling windows, branded kitchens and sanitary ware, smart technology, elegant layouts, high-end finishes, and living spaces that maximize outside views.

Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal, Vice Chairman of Arada, said: “W Residences at Dubai Harbour brings together the development and design expertise of Arada and the vibrant urban energy of the W Hotels brand by Marriott International, producing another new luxury destination for Dubai’s iconic skyline. We look forward to working closely with our partners to bring this exceptional new project to life.”

The podium that connects the three towers has an amazing array of amenities, including the 200-meter-long infinity pool in Dubai, which is situated on the landscaped podium level and provides a full view of the sea toward Ain Dubai. A comprehensive fitness center, a yoga and pilates studio, a wellness spa, guest suites, co-working spaces, a kids club, a large residents lounge, a music recording studio, a sports simulator room, a games room, an in-house movie theater, and a kids club are among the other upscale amenities.

The complex’s publicly accessible amenities include several upscale restaurants overlooking Dubai Harbour Marina, podium-level retail spaces, and the district’s largest gym, the 43,000-square-foot Wellfit fitness center. Under Onvia, Marriott’s owner recognition platform, owners will have access to various services, as well as special advantages and collaborations, such as Marriott Bonvoy Elite Status.

Jaidev Menezes, Regional Vice President, Mixed-Use Development – EMEA at Marriott International said: “We are excited about Marriott International’s collaboration with Arada to launch W Residences Dubai Harbour, which will bring the magnetic lifestyle of the W brand to the desirable waterfront destination of Dubai Harbour.”

Owners of W Residences at Dubai Harbour will have easy access to the Dubai Harbour Yacht Club and the largest marina in the Gulf. Dubai Harbour is well-known for its ideal location between Bluewaters Island and The Palm Jumeirah. It also offers a variety of luxury residential, retail, yachting, and hospitality offerings.

According to Property Monitor, average sales prices in Dubai Harbour, which Shamal Holding developed, increased by 55% between the third quarter of 2021 and the second quarter of 2024. The district will also gain from a new bridge project that will connect it directly to Sheikh Zayed Road, greatly reducing commute times for locals.

W Residences at Dubai Harbour is the fifth branded residences project in the United Arab Emirates and the third project in Dubai by master developer Arada, after Jouri Hills at Jumeirah Golf Estates and Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah. Since its founding in 2017, Arada has started projects totaling Dh60 billion and finished more than 9,000 homes.
