Located near Sheikh Zayed Road, the 82-storey residential tower is a multi-billion dirham development aiming at completion within 36 months. With 1,701 keys over a built up area of 3,517, 313 sq.ft, the tower will print a lasting impression on the Dubai skyline.

Payment plan
The project was launched with an installment plan allowing investors to pay:
10% as a deposit on booking,
60% during the construction phase and
