• The average sold price The Views community has increased by 19% during the past 12 months.

• Asking Prices (reflecting owners’ expectations) have increased more quickly than the Sold Prices. There are many apartments advertised at unrealistic asking prices.

• Strong demand for apartments which are vacant on transfer. Many of these are selling at 5% to 15% above the sold prices of leased apartments.

• Apartments with modernized kitchens, such as those improved by vinyl wrapping of cabinets, have sold at the higher prices.
